Description:
This type of roller press is specially used for electric rolling of small lithium electrode sheets, a small amount of precious metal materials such as gold and silver, and non-ferrous materials such as copper and aluminum. It is especially suitable for thinning and increasing the density of lithium battery electrode sheets of clean energy materials. This machine adopts gear transmission, realizes the roll pressing, the rolling thickness can be adjusted, it is convenient to use, and it can realize the intuitive control of the material pressing thickness with the dial indicator.
Working principle:
This equipment is driven by a geared motor to drive a high-hardness pressing roller, and the gap between the pressing rollers is mechanically adjusted to make the battery electrode pieces pressed into shape and increase the density of the electrode sheets.
