AOT-HRP-200C heating roller press
This type of roller press is dedicated to small lithium electrode roller pressing process, using a single 220V power supply, suitable for universities and enterprises test line use. The heated roller mill is specially designed for material researchers, suitable for manual rolling of battery materials in the laboratory, a small amount of precious metal materials such as gold and silver, and nonferrous materials such as copper and aluminum. The rolling thickness can be adjusted and the operation is simple. It is especially suitable for thinning and increasing the density of lithium battery plate of clean energy materials
The equipment is driven by the deceleration motor to drive the high hardness roller, which mechanically adjusts the gap of the roller to press the pole sheet and increase the density of the pole sheet.
