Main Features:

1. The small spray dryer is operated by a large color touch screen, a combination of automatic control and manual control, ten-stage program temperature control, and its own memory function;

Fully automatic control: one-button start-up, after setting the spray process parameters, the temperature reaches the predetermined temperature, the peristaltic pump starts automatically, the running animation is displayed on the touch screen, and the running process is clearly displayed; just press the stop button when shutting down, the machine will automatically shut down ;

3. Shutdown protection function: Just press the stop button when shutting down, the machine will stop running immediately except for the fan, and the heating part of the equipment will not be burned out due to misoperation (forcibly turning off the fan);

4. The spraying, drying and collection system is made of transparent high-quality borosilicate heat-resistant glass material, which enables the spray drying process to be carried out in a pollution-free and stable environment, and enables the entire spray drying experiment; the process can be directly observed for scientific research.
